This tournament will be played only in Voobly and it is dedicated for Age of Empires 2 : The Conquerors - Version WK 1.5 RC

TEAM FORMATION RULES

Max teams that can participate are 16.
Each team should have minimum of 4 players signed up and 5 players max. Each team should have a captain and all communication from the organizers will be only with Captain.
Only the captain has to fill this form
Same person cannot be part of more than 1 team.
This tournament is only for friends and invite only. Minimum 4 players have to have Indian origin.

Format - DOUBLE ELIMINATION

First Round Winner Bracket ( Match no 1-8 ) will be BO1 1 map - BLACK FOREST
First Round Loser Bracket ( Match no 9-12 ) will be BO1 1 map - ARENA
Second Round Winner Bracket ( Match no 13-16 ) will be BO1 1 map -HC2_ARABIA
Second Round Loser Bracket ( Match no 17- 20 ) will be BO1 1 map - OASIS
Third Round Loser Bracket ( Match no 21- 22 ) will be BO1 1 map - YUCATAN
Third Round Winner Bracket ( Match no 23-24 ) will be BO3 3 map - GOLD RUSH , Loser Home Map , Winner Home Map
Fourth Round Loser Bracket (Match 25,26 ) will be BO3 3 map - MIGRATION , Loser Home Map , Winner Home Map
Match no 27 will be BO3 - GOLD RUSH , Loser Home Map , Winner Home Map ( If needed only)
Match no 28 will be BO3 - MIGRATION , Loser Home Map , Winner Home Map ( If needed only)
Match no 29 will be BO3 - HC2_ARABIA , Loser Home Map , Winner Home Map ( If needed only)
Map pool for match 23,24,25,26,27,28,29 - ( BLACK FOREST , ARENA , HC2_ARABIA (NOT FOR MATCH 29), OASIS,YUCATAN ,MIGRATION(NOT FOR MATCH 28,25,26) ,GOLD RUSH (NOT FOR MATCH 27,23,24))



FINAL Match No 30 will be BO5

Finals will be BO5 - HC2_ARABIA , Loser Home Map , Winner Home Map ,Loser Home Map , Winner Home Map
All 5 matches are mandatory to be played irrespective of the results.Ex: even if team 1 wins first 3 maps, all 5 maps needs to be played.
Map pool for Finals ( BLACK FOREST , ARENA , OASIS,YUCATAN, GOLD RUSH , MIGRATION )

Loser of Match no 28 will be 4th position
Loser of Match no 29 will be 3rd Position

Civs : Unknown civ, any civ can be picked for any map, same civis can be repeated across maps and across players, there is no restriction.

Scheduling Rules :

Organizer will come up with 2 options to play the match, one will be on the weekday and the other on the weekend. Teams must make sure to finish the match before the second time provided. More details will be sent to captains on watsapp.


GENERAL RULES :

Registrations closes on 1st July
Matches start on the 3rd of July and will end by July 25th.
All matches will be played in AOE WK version and in Voobly Tournament Lobby , Spectator delay with be 4:30 secs
Times of play are Weekdays : 9 PM IST to 12:00 PM IST Weekends ( Saturday & Sunday ) 8 AM IST to 1 AM IST.
Organizers will schedule your match time with 2 options, teams have to pick any of the 2 time slots, if both time slots donot work for both times, then the teams have to finish the match
before the second time slot by mutually discussing. If teams are not able to come on time for the match the team that is present at the scheduled time is given bye. Your matches will be scheduled during the ties given above. Any issues with scheduling can be discussed with the organizers.
