This is most likely a temporary connection issue or a discontinued network traffic, caused probably by a firewall or an ISP side issue. Since when does it happen to you? Did you change your router or your ISP recently ? Did you install any firewall or new antivirus ?
You can also try one of those :
-Allow Voobly and Age of Empires (or any game you play here) in your Windows Firewall, and also in any Firewall you installed or in your Antivirus.
-Check if you have UPnP activated either on your router or Voobly, if it's activated, disable it.
-Do a network diagnostics in Voobly, copy/paste the result (To do that, go to the lobby-> Options -> Network Diagnostics.
