Changes max price to sell in market from 6999 to 173 (with upgrade - 210) and max price to buy from 12999 to 321 (with upgrade - 284)

Great for arena/black forest players, who like very long battles

For example... At usual mode we can not build many BBT on BF even with super trade (~150 carts and spanish bonus), also we can buy wood to convert it into much more food and make light cavalry, but only very low count (12999 gold - ~5 minutes of work ~195 traders in team with spanish for only 1 farm (and ~4 cavalry units)!!!!)

With this patch possible to play with normal count of units when all res on map is used
