NPL（New Player Lobby (新玩家大厅) = Novice Lobby (新手堂)）适用于新玩家，而非经验丰富或回归的玩家。 谁决定这是一个自动系统而不是一个人。

NPL (new player lobby = novice hall ) is for new players, not experienced or returning players. Who decide this is a auto system and not a human.
Also, NPL doesn't work from Virtual Machine, because people were exploiting it to evade their NPL ban.
