Cannot make rated game lobby's?

Trying to create a rated game in the 'new player lobby', but when I choose rated game and press 'ok' nothing changes. Am I doing something wrong or is there a common bug? (Since I see very little rated lobby's the past few days)

hi for do that you need to have:
-a mod approved by voobly
-the same version linked to voobly web site to your version.ini file.
