hi i need help to fix that bug when people download patch, can you help me ?

@katsuie - I get this error (could not find game installation directory). I tried doing lots of things - I uninstalled voobly and AOC, deleted the microsft games folder and reinstalled everything. I still get the error. It used to work fine for me. any ideas? I run the "game diagnostics" and everything passes fine.

Do you have both, AOC and AoE II HD installed?

ok i found the probleme, was my avast that block the process(when i desactivate it work).but i dk why it show this message, maybe it block voobly access to read registery path game, it is possible?

That's quite possible. The client cannot detect, whether it was blocked by security software.
