UPnP is not supported, please disable it. Instead create a DNAT rule in your router / firewall and forward UDP 16000 to the local ip address of your computer.

Hi This is the log of the connection. I am unable to connect with fast connection even with PNP or without PNP. Not sure what should be done here as not resolution is working to fix this NAT traversal issue. Please help.

Here is the result of network scan

Starting networking diagnostics...

Your local network port (UDP) is 16000. All game traffic is routed through this port. This can be changed in "Settings" -> "NAT Traversal".

Attempting to connect to 3 test servers. This will take around a minute to complete...

Received data from 'server 2' through port 3641 (this is your WAN or router port)
Received data from 'server 1' through port 4561 (this is your WAN or router port)
Received data from 'server 3' through port 32436 (this is your WAN or router port)
14 seconds left.
9 seconds left.
4 seconds left.

Test Result: Symmetric NAT
Network Health: Poor
Recommended Action: Port forwarding recommended or switch routers. The only port you need to forward is UDP port 16000 on Voobly you do NOT need the direct play ports 2300-2400 and 47624.
Details: Your router assigned different public ports to all the test servers this will make it hard for users to directly connect to you. You will likely see a large number of fast proxies.

Please log onto your router and create a DNAT rule / port forwarding rule. 16000 UDP must point to your computer's local ip address.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your response , please see the attached screenshot of the rule. and let me know if this is what you were suggesting. Basically I have two routers, the first one is from ISP which has DHCP enabled and starts with Ip range 192.16.1.1 and other one is personal one whcih takes IP from first and its Ip range is from 192.168.1.50 onwards.

The game works fine with mobile hotpsot but its very recently causing issues while playing over broadband, it used to run fine till last week. Not sure if something changed at ISp end as I have not changed anything and have checked all settings.

Please let me know if I am missing somethign here.

Thanks again in advance for all the help.

The problem is caused by your two routers. Please check the following:
- The router of your ISP must be "DMZ Server" enabled and pointing to the IP address of your own router. Keep in mind, this is not the IP of the gateway address in your local network, it is the ip address of your router assigned by the router of your ISP.
- Delete all DNAT rules on your own router except 16000 UDP and make sure, it points to the local ip address of your computer.

Example:

Computer::192.168.0.2 --><-- 192.168.0.1 (Gateway) Your Router 192.168.99.2 --><-- 192.168.99.1 (Gateway) ISP Router WAN IP

DMZ Server: 192.168.99.2
DNAT:16000 UDP 192.168.0.2

You may have to reboot / restart both routers, e. g. unplug and re-plug the power cable.
