Win 8.1 problem

Hi i just opened voobly and there was update .. i waited untill it done
i launched voobly and was like man dll files missed .. i tried to download dll files required but they were toooo many
so any solution for this ? btw i were allowed to join voobly without any prob untill this update ruined it

...
i have win 8.1 BTW

Also please provide the full error message you are getting, e. g. which DLLs are missing. There is no reason to download any DLLs, as you can restore them with the DISM tool automatically.

By the way i tried to download old version of client it work perfect untill this update show rofl

It's not our update causing the reboot, it's Microsoft's package for Visual C++. Sorry.

The new version of Voobly comes with native support for Windows 10 and Windows 11.

All those dll i installed
but it require more ..

Start > Run > type "cmd" > right-click on Command Prompt > run as Administrator

Execute the following commands:
dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow

Then reboot and your DLLs should be back in place.

sorry it in french but is it suppose to stay like this and i reboot or i need to wait ?

Once you issued all four commands, you may have to reboot.

Eventually you also have to Repair / Install Visual C++

i done everything u said .. and still not working :/

why you just don't force the update and allow users to use older voobly version just like any other app ..
so ppl like me won't face this

after reading the public beta voobly thread seems i m not the only guy who facing this prob :/
