how do i blacklist game rooms
for example, i dont like black forest so i'd like to blacklist it so i don't see BF LORD rooms

We are using game room lobbies on Voobly with social gaming features, it's not a simple game browser as you might know this from HD or DE. You can however switch to List View and sort the Game Rooms by name.
