Ports open but still fp

My ports are open and all ok, but still FP to lots of people. all game and network diagnostic reads i am fine.

only issue is when loading lobby it reads it cannot find the game, i click reconnect, then it loads an update which is stuck on 100%

Any ideas if this is the reason for the FP issue?

Please show us a screenshot of the port forwarding rule you created in your router configuration.

Hi, I have resolved the issue, i did not realise the IP4 has to be the same as the ip address you put for the port forwarding. Thanks
