I noticed you are an Age of Mythology player. Normally the Voobly Balance Patches should automatically install when you join a game room that has a patch enabled. Please note that the downloading can take a minute or two. After this you should be able to play the game just fine.
If it doesn't auto-install you always have the option to install the Voobly Balance Patches manually. You can find them here: https://www.voobly.com/games/view/Age-of-Mythology-The-Titans/Game-Mods/gamemods/browse2/71/0 I hope this helps.
