Like I didnt even touch voobly and it was running behind for half an hour. After half an hour there were a lot of dialog boxes regarding you have been muted for flooding many messages. And even it got unmuted automatically. Is this any sort of voobly bug? Does anyone else encountered such a problem? Please help me to solve this issue. It has happened even before, a few times.

This a client bug that occurs from time to time. If you are still having it, simply re-install the client:
