i changed to udp 16000 and deleted all others
but when i join voobly and run network diagnostics, still not forwaded

The port forwarding rule applies to your local IP address only, not your WAN ip address. A local ip address, also known as RFC1918 ip address, are ip addresses in the following range:
10.0.0.0/8
172.16.0.0/12
192.168.0.0/16
In your first post, your port forwarding rule was pointing to 192.168.0.16, which is most likely your local ip address. You can verify this, doing the following: Right-Click Start > Run > type "cmd" > hit Enter > type "ipconfig" into Command prompt. Then simply scroll up and locate the IPv4 address of your computer (it is not the gateway address).
Now it's right?
after replug i watch in ipconfig now is 192.168.0.11
so i set in router admin painel to 192.168.0.11
but problem persists =/
Start > Run > type "cmd" > hit Enter > "tracert client.voobly.com" and paste me the results here. Thank you.
