Voobly disconnecting

Hello, my internet is fine, but voobly always disconnecting and make me drop whem im playing
some1 can help me ?

print1 its my atual settings from router ( i need change something? where? )
print2 its network diagnostic from voobly ( it says not forwaded )
print3 room error when i have disconnected playing

Delete all port forwarding rules and create a single port forwarding rule for UDP 16000.

i changed to udp 16000 and deleted all others
but when i join voobly and run network diagnostics, still not forwaded

The port forwarding rule must point to your local ip address of the computer, not the router. In your first screenshot, first post you are pointing it to 192.168.0.16, in your last screenshot your point it to 192.168.0.1 which is probably your router's ip address. Fix the IP and it should fix your problem. :)

The port forwarding rule applies to your local IP address only, not your WAN ip address. A local ip address, also known as RFC1918 ip address, are ip addresses in the following range:
10.0.0.0/8
172.16.0.0/12
192.168.0.0/16

In your first post, your port forwarding rule was pointing to 192.168.0.16, which is most likely your local ip address. You can verify this, doing the following: Right-Click Start > Run > type "cmd" > hit Enter > type "ipconfig" into Command prompt. Then simply scroll up and locate the IPv4 address of your computer (it is not the gateway address).

Please temporary unplug your router from power and re-plug it. Then restart Voobly and run network diagnostics again.

before replug my local ip was 192.168.0.16
after replug i watch in ipconfig now is 192.168.0.11
so i set in router admin painel to 192.168.0.11
but problem persists =/

Can you give me a traceroute of client.voobly.com please?

Start > Run > type "cmd" > hit Enter > "tracert client.voobly.com" and paste me the results here. Thank you.

I found the cause. Could you please check whether it's possible to disable your IPv6 WAN ip address and use your IPv4 address only? The problem is caused by IPv6; the game is 20+ years old, it does not support IPv6 routing.
