We are investigating the issue and trying to find a solution as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience the new client has caused you so far.

Just to verify: you are using Windows XP SP3 right? I'm asking because your screenshots appear to be from a Windows 7 machine.

More users seem to have issues currently on Windows XP: https://www.voobly.com/forum/thread/352171/

First Uninstall Voobly and also uninstall ALL Visual C++ Redistributable packages and reboot.
Then please test with this newly compiled beta client: https://update.voobly.com/updates/voobly-v2.7.0.0-update-full.exe
You may have to re-apply the settings for recommended game room settings, as well as other settings such as NAT-T port.

You must repair your Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages. One of them is damaged.
Control Panel > Programs and Features > Click on each vcredist package > Change / Repair

Reboot after.
