Just to verify: you are using Windows XP SP3 right? I'm asking because your screenshots appear to be from a Windows 7 machine.
More users seem to have issues currently on Windows XP: https://www.voobly.com/forum/thread/352171/
i tried all version including window xp sp3 .
in window xp sp3 the app does not even opend to setup.the setup never opend showing strange error . i thought it maybe no more support window xp sp3. so i reinstall window 7 x 64 last night to make sure after u said its working x64 but it failed twice . now today i install fresh window 7 x86 again .
now this error is showing . after i install MSVCP140.dll from website then it came with diffrent error which i mentioned at the start of the post.
i try to install C++ Redist but it also not installing showing error at the error.
Then please test with this newly compiled beta client: https://update.voobly.com/updates/voobly-v2.7.0.0-update-full.exe
You may have to re-apply the settings for recommended game room settings, as well as other settings such as NAT-T port.
i uninstalled c+ and voobly reboot then install it . same error showing.
