no consigo ver en español loas caract3eristicas de las civilizaciones , las veo en ingles tanto en el Mod Balace como en Allied vision-advanced estatistics, como puedo hacer para ver las caracteristicas de la civilaciones en español¿¿¿¿

Simply play 1.6 DE with 1.6 Game Data and choose Spanish in the patch menu. The implementation of the DE Balance Patch only contains the balance changes and is not feature complete, as it really only contains the balance changes of DE.
