Looks like Virtual Server in NAT Forwarding is what we are looking for. Please create a new rule in Virtual Server and take some screenshots again! :)

I configured this setting the day you told me to forward port of 27000 UDP. I was myself intersted once I realised there is no port forwarding feature. Hence looked into how i should forward a port. So I tried thisz although it does not work.

Please make sure you changed the port in your Voobly settings:
[You must login to view link]

Then doublecheck, whether 192.168.0.103 is the ip address of your local computer:
Start > Run > cmd > ipconfig

Reset your Windows Defender Firewall:

And don't forget to delete the Port Triggering rule.

Applied the settings. It still gives the same diagnostics with the traffic now being routed through port 4204

Your network diagnostic is showing the wrong port, it must show 27000 UDP. Screenshot of both please.

Please delete any other port forwarding / port triggering rule except the one you created for UDP 27000 pointing to the local IP address of your computer. Please also reboot your router, by unplugging and replugging the power cable for 10 seconds.
