Hello team!

Want to report a bug on matches page...

We have for example this match: https://www.voobly.com/match/view/26336827 Which you can see and think "which is the bug?"

Well, We can see that CSA_R_Griffith doesn't seems to have a valid civilization in the page... But he played with chinese.. (If you download the record you will notice it).

There's another bug that in the Society table, the column called Total Wonders is not showing the total wonders.. they didn't even build any wonder that game, and sincerely not sure what number is that one...


There's one last bug that is not showed in this one, but in several matches the minimap doesnt shows the correct layout. and most of the time shows a different picture, even the chat sometimes is wrong showing another(usually the previously game) pre/ingame chat of players...

How to reproduce the last bug? Easy! Go to some profile, check his last matches, click on them, then go back, check another last match, check if the minimap is the right one, 50% of the times the map is not the same as the played, showing for example, an arabia map whenever the map played was BF, or sometimes showing a 1v1 minimap when there was 8 players...

Hope the team can find the solution for those issues soon, as I have been watching those bugs for more than a year.

We cannot fix this without the game's source code.

The "Total Wonders" bug is as old as the game itself and MS has never bothered to fix it. Once the game has finished, it will be uploaded from the player's computer. If a previous game has crashed or if the current running game does not close properly, then a wrong file or incomplete file will be uploaded with those side effects. The minimap is also extracted from the recorded game file, sometimes it is missing, sometimes it even displays a wrong map and much more. It is unclear why this happens, but again, without the source code of the game there is nothing we can do about it.
