I have played game @ RM - Intermediate yesterday with a player named as astimus, where he lost the game, and went afk for more than 4 hours, then I slept yesterday and woke up, now he left that room but still my profile did not add that game into the list. I still have the recording in RM - Intermediate games.

Please do not allow to stay players afk in rooms more than 2 hours, see he is still staying in room 14 for more than 7 hours. But we played in room 32 where he stayed for more than 4 hours, so he is afk all the time yesterday.

No, it was rated I checked it twice before and after the game too it was RM- Intermediate. Did that gone? It was clearly cheated by the host.

You guys only need proof, I will give you the proof but why not RM- Intermediate have a seperate saved game folder? So that we can get the proof, this gaming has loop holes.

The game folders are separated by patch or game mod, not by ladder. Do you remember the time when you finished the game?

Who was the host of the game? It is good possible, that he was still in game when the lobby crashed two days ago, so the game was not rated. If you were hosting, then I don't know, it's difficult to determine as everything is logged to a single LOG file.

The host of the game was astimus, and he played 5 to 10 games after that but he stays after few games more than 7 to 8 hours to avoid lose rating I think. Please help me out and find the perpetrator.

What happens if lobby crashed after he declares defeated?

This is nonsense, every player coming out of a game automatically sends the recorded game with the results to the Voobly servers. Even if he stayed inside the game for days, there would still be your result of the rated game. The only logical explanation for this is the lobby crash we had last Monday.
