When I install the game and its expansion, upon entering it works fine. But when I try to start a game in the new players room within Voobly the game simply does not open. And if I try to enter the game from the shortcut it no longer opens like it did in the beginning. I have Windows 11 and I followed the steps in this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ED_7IQD0_bw&t=517s.

Please perform a clean installation of the game:
