As said, on someone's profile page, the rate comparing feature is not available, aka the graph of rate/time plotted comparing 2-4 players rating on a particular ladder. What should I do to fix it?

The feature is still there but no longer working as it was based on Adobe Flash, a technology that has been retired and removed from all web browsers. Flash is considered insecure.
