I have been spending much time trying to get rouge spear working on my windows partition and I gave up. I was able to get it working on porting kit.. Problem is the Voobly on Porting Kit installs and does not see the Rouge Spear game. Anyone have any ideas?

You should ask one of the player's in RS to help you to get a working installation of the game. I remember, that there exists a download for the game.

I got Rouge Spear to work, my issue now is getting Voobly to work... RS in windows does not like my graphics card as I am booting up in windows on my Mac.. best solution is to run Voobly on my Mac and be able to get it to read the game.. Any suggestions?

You could try using Wine instead, the configuration of Wine should be identical to AOE II:
