Cant join voobly to play = Dirext play initiation Failed

Hello all . I am a old player of aoe . I like to play again online at the Voobly . I can not because when i am trying to install the patches the download goes till 100 percent but it doesent finish. It keep looping saying downloading update and it stay like that rolling. Anyone have a idea what to fix this?? Also when i want ot install the conquerors it say u have not installed aoe 2 , but its already installed . Anyone have a teamvieuwer program to have a check on my pc . Here are some screen shots

Do you have AOK/AOC or Age of Empires II (2013) aka AoE II HD on Steam?

Please perform a clean installation of the game:

Thanks for the answer. I did buy aok in steam . But the conquerrors i have it on the cd the old cd .

Still dont get it what to do . I need someone to take control of my pc with Team viewer . Someone can do that???

Please install AoE II HD you purchased on Steam following our clean-installation. Then enter a game lobby and run the game diagnostics from the menu. Paste the result here. Thanks.
