I left voobly for over 2 years ago, now I am back for few days. However, I was surprised to see my rating is lower than when I left.

as you can see, this is the last RM-TG game I have played https://www.voobly.com/match/view/24034009.
my rate was 1864, but now it is 1799, I dont know why, but I would like to get my real rating back please.

We had decay enabled for some time instead of resetting any ladders and let everyone start from 1600 again.

As explained in my previous post, we decided to go for decay instead of resetting everyone's rating to 1600. We haven't made any good experience with ladder resets anyway.
