After I have turned off the visual mods, it still said

This happens since I use a new computer.

I have followed the setting.
However, I still cannot spec game.
The following statement came out after I joined a room:

this happens with 9 out of 10 games i want to spectate and this is happening since the last update in july

Everything looks fine. DirectPlay is configured and the game was found on your harddrive. If you still have problems try rejoining the lobby or restarting your computer.
Try deleting the 1.6 patch and 1.6 game data and re-enter the lobby. Wait for the download to complete. Does it work now?
