Windows 11 Pro here.
I've tried to open it in compatibility modus, doesn't help.
Kind regards
It just won't launch.
It does open in Tray, but I can't, for instance, open the Messenger.
When I check in Tray, 'my status' and 'game browser' are greyed out.
Edit: was in reply to 'possibly off screen?' post

Thank you, but didn't help.
I'm gonna make sure I explain it correctly.
When launching Voobly with .exe doesn't work, nothing happens, nothing appears in Tray either.
When joining lobby via website, the lobby opens, but when I check my Tray, the Voobly logo there is grey (greyed out?), and when I click it, 'my status' and 'game browser' are greyed out too
When clicking Open Messenger in the Tray for instance, nothing happens either.
I wonder, could it be I need to install something, something missing? A driver or whatever in my Windows.
The reason I ask is because I reinstalled Windows some time ago, and a certain software would not launch (same behavior as with Voobly client), and it had worked every time in the past.
Then I found the solution. I had to install 'Media Feature Pack', and then it did work.
Makes me think of that.
I updated my Nvidia driver, but at the same time I also removed and reinstalled Voobly.
Now it works.
Don't know if updating Nvidia driver helped though.
I opened the Voobly client again, and it asks to install a quick update or something, and now the client won't launch again.
I installed Voobly in English this time, and when the update came after trying to connecting to lobby, I chose English again.
Something to do with choosing 'Dutch' first for Voobly install, and then 'English' for update after trying to join lobby?
It's the only thing I did different, change languages during install.
It's acting so erratic.
Again an issue.
Kind regards
I was busy changing settings in the lobby.
Like theme, font, font size, and enabling 'when in game show as' disturb.
Was just messing about.
And whilst doing that Had to reinstall Voobly again quite often.
I thought some obscure bug related to settings?
Happened like 5 times. Absolutely had to reinstall.
And now it keeps working. The only thing I did different is instead of changing a lot of settings at the same time and then apply and restart client, last time I did one at a time. Change one setting, close Voobly, and open again, change other setting...
Might be a coincidence, but usually it happend while changing Messenger settings, like 'minimize to tray when closing'.
I wanted to mention this, might be important.
Kind regards
