Any help on why I get this code. My firewall is off and i always have internet when i get this code ...

it says could be related to firewall, loss of power, or connection issues with your internet provider

this is the exact message code changed this morning ....

Network Connection Error [Code: 10000001]. Connection errors are typically caused by a temporary server outage, a firewall, or a problem with your internet connection. If it's been a long time since you've connected to Voobly it's recommended that you redownload the client from the website.

This is a connection issue on your side. Either firewall or anti virus or DNS problem.

my firewall is disabled, i do not have an antivirus besides windows defender, what would be the dns issues ? any videos i could watch to help sort through ?

i can get into voobly through the website but cant launch voobly through the messenger ...

I believe I fixed the issue part of my firewall was still on
