I am being FP for everyone except few causing almost no games.
Here are network Diagnostics output and setup from router.

Diagnostics-
====
Starting networking diagnostics...

Your local network port (UDP) is 16000. All game traffic is routed through this port. This can be changed in "Settings" -> "NAT Traversal".

Attempting to connect to 3 test servers. This will take around a minute to complete...

Received data from 'server 3' through port 61449 (this is your WAN or router port)
Received data from 'server 2' through port 63535 (this is your WAN or router port)
Received data from 'server 1' through port 43829 (this is your WAN or router port)
14 seconds left.
9 seconds left.
4 seconds left.

Test Result: Symmetric NAT
Network Health: Poor
Recommended Action: Port forwarding recommended or switch routers. The only port you need to forward is UDP port 16000 on Voobly you do NOT need the direct play ports 2300-2400 and 47624.
Details: Your router assigned different public ports to all the test servers this will make it hard for users to directly connect to you. You will likely see a large number of fast proxies.

Change the protocol to UDP and it should work.

Also make sure, that your ISP has assigned an IPv4 address, NOT an IPv6 address:

Just wondering, you are using a mobile data connection such as LTE / 5G?

When I switch to Mobile Data it works fine. But it is too slow. My Broadband is fast but unable to have direct connection enabled.

EDIT-
All the above is done using Broadband. No Mobile Data involved.

Could you please check whether the firmware of your router is up to date?

Please double check whether your local IP address is still 192.168.1.14 (CMD > ipconfig /all). In your port forwarding settings also check, whether protocol is set to UDP only. If this still isn‘t working, change the NAT-T port in your Voobly settings to UDP 27000 and change your port forwarding rule from UDP 16000 to UDP 27000. Then run game diagnostics again.

The traceroute also looks fine, there is no second router in your network.

Same Result with 27000 too.

Attempting to connect to 3 test servers. This will take around a minute to complete...

Received data from 'server 2' through port 44270 (this is your WAN or router port)
Received data from 'server 1' through port 11854 (this is your WAN or router port)

4 seconds left.

Test Result: Symmetric NAT
Network Health: Poor
Recommended Action: Port forwarding recommended or switch routers. The only port you need to forward is UDP port 27000 on Voobly you do NOT need the direct play ports 2300-2400 and 47624.

Okay, let's try something else, perhaps it's OS related or a software issue. Which OS are you running (and version) and which firewall / AntiVirus product is currently installed?

HERE is my OS - Windows 10 Home Single Language
I don't know how to check the firewall version but it is disabled for private networks.
I use Windows Firewall, nothing more than that whenever I am on public network.
