Your upgrades were working, seems to be a bug on the triple tech mode underneath.

I didnt play triple tech mod.
I could click wheelbarrow in every town center made, and, nothing ... Maybe hint: i seen wheelbarrow already in dark age

Not what I meant. The mod now has a feature to play triple tech and it seems that the burgundian bonus was conflicting with it. It is fixed.

I tested now BURG, and I could do wheelbarrow, and also gold mining tech. So it is OK.

Dunno tho but yesterday it really didnt work.

You can research it but the effect is not applied. It's a very complex combination of circumstances. I will update tomorrow.
