Is there a way to save games in multiplayer on voobly.

Yes, usually you can just open the game's options (click the button in the lower right corner or hit F10), then you can choose between saving (which will save a savegame file and then continue the game) or save & exit, in which case a vote happens between the players, and in case of a majority voting for save, a savegame file will be created and the game will exit without spoiling the map or any score info. Then you can load the savegame by going into the game room's options and activating the "restore game" checkmark, selecting usually the most recent entry in the list.
