Maybe because I reinstalled steam?

Please post a screenshot of the error you are getting / provide the full error message you are getting.
Please describe what you exactly you were doing, which patch you were downloading etc.

I deleted Steam and it caused the problem for sure
I reinstalled but i have to fix it somehow
