Starting networking diagnostics...

Your local network port (UDP) is 16000. All game traffic is routed through this port. This can be changed in "Settings" -> "NAT Traversal".

Attempting to connect to 3 test servers. This will take around a minute to complete...

Received data from 'server 2' through port 18495 (this is your WAN or router port)
Received data from 'server 1' through port 18632 (this is your WAN or router port)
Received data from 'server 3' through port 18657 (this is your WAN or router port)
14 seconds left.
9 seconds left.
4 seconds left.

Test Result: Symmetric NAT
Network Health: Poor
Recommended Action: Port forwarding recommended or switch routers. The only port you need to forward is UDP port 16000 on Voobly you do NOT need the direct play ports 2300-2400 and 47624.
Details: Your router assigned different public ports to all the test servers this will make it hard for users to directly connect to you. You will likely see a large number of fast proxies.

I just got new Fiber internet and ran this scan. I even called my isp tech support and had them port forward UDP 16000 and ran this test after Doing so. I have a giga Point GP1100x and a GigaSpire Blast Model U6.2
Please Help.

You have an IPv6 address which is not supported by Direct Play, this is why you are FP to everyone. Please call your ISP and ask them to assign an IPv4 address.

You can properly forward any ports if one of the following is true:

using a DSL connection with a valid IPv4 address
using a Cable connection with a valid IPv4 address
using a Fibre connection with a valid IPv4 address

You cannot properly forward any ports if one of the following is true:

using the Personal Hotspot of your phone
using LTE / 4G / 5G or any other form of cellular phone network
using an internet connection with an IPv6 only address
using a public or shared connection with multiple routers
using a enterprise network of a Library / School / University / Company / NGO or Government organization

Easy fix, there is nothing you can do on your own it's your ISP provider, Call them and tell them you are having issues connecting peer to peer, i guarantee they have you on a private network, once i got mine changed to a public IP address. issue was fixed. port forward worked on 16000 UDP

+ sometimes it helps, changing the port from 16000 UDP to 27000 UDP.
