Link broken to reset password

Hello there, please I'd like to request to reset my password from my main account (I created this one to hopefully receive support).

Everytime I get the link to reset password it always displays the "Permission Denied" message no matter how many times I click it.

I attached a file of this issue, thank you in advance

You must first log out from any other accounts and better wipe any cookies. Then request the reset link again and it should work. :)
