Is it possible to add a lobby for an age of empires 3 mod?
Well, the thing is what I said, if it is possible to add an exclusive lobby for an age of empires 3 mod (Wars of liberty). It is a great mod, a few years ago it was in its prime (before the release of age of empires 3 Definitive Edition).
Currently, with the closure of ESO (ensemble online studios), and with GameRanger being somewhat unstable, we are playing through Radmin VPN. In fact we have (which I am admin) a very active discord community where we arrange to play and we have all kinds of content:

The thing is, I would love to be able to play through voobly, since it would have a separate lobby for Wol, where clans could be created, rank, add mods, etc., all the beautiful things about voobly.
I also know that voobly has wanted to add WoL at some point but I don't know what happened afterwards.
