When a premium member host reserved rooms he can give host a normal member. when another premium member join that room normal member can kick him. So I am suggesting normal member should not able to kick premium members from reserved rooms.

This is working as designed.

Game rooms are private chats and the host of a game room can remove players / spectators for any or no reason. A reserved game room (for premium users) can be used/hosted by normal players, as long as at least one premium user is present. If that's not the case, the game room will be closed for everyone.
