In the application tab add a custom application called Voobly on port 16000 UDP.
Then create a new port forwarding rule with the newly created application. Leave the field external IP address blank OR if not allowed, enter 0.0.0.0 and the internal IP is the ip address starting with 192.168. in Start > run > type "cmd" and hit Enter > ipconfig /all

there is no voobly application on the tab, only dns,ftp,ip sec etc

i dont know if this is good way, i write Voobly in Mapping name coloum and add 16000 port, if this is right, the problem still same ( fp )

That should do the trick. Just verify that the local IP of your computer is the same as shown in your port forwarding rule. Then reboot the router e. g. temporary unplug the power cable. Then run the network diagnostics again.
