Code 10000001 Connection drops often

I have the NAT traversal set to UDP port 16000 already and I still keep disconnecting only in Voobly, dropping me from games before it reconnects automatically. I need this fixed otherwise I cannot play with anyone without dropping.

I added 2 attachments with the error code I receive and my network diagnostic results in voobly. I dont know how to fix this. Please any assistance is appreciated

Please check whether your computer does have the local ip address 192.168.0.3
