the host is able to decide when to unlock powerunits store, this is very annoying as the host often only unlocks it if he has favorable civ for it

loool, oh big deal? rcb has always been like that till someone started editing it, if you're any good, u wouldnt use that at first anyway...

well it is a big deal imo, the best strategy for a lot of melee civs is to buy a super unit
dont see why host should have any advantage
