Howard AI Micro Extention (Beta)

This modification adds some helper methods from my Howard AI complex to improve the micro capabilities of the default AI increasing the value the AI can get from it's military units. You will be able to load it through a seperate loaderfile meaning it does not change your original files in any way. Best results in 1v1 matches (or 1v3 if you are really committing to it), because the function must know which player it is fighting at a time. I will try to fix this later...
