I have had problems with the "zip" file. You can install it manually once downloaded. Look in "C:\Program Files\Voobly\theme" for the folder "The Viper Theme" Copy the files to your desktop and then copy them back to the "Theme" folder and that's it, then choose this mod in the voobly client...
