the thing is ive just started to play online with age of mythology because ai got boring. ive tried to join numerous game but all of them say i have the wrong version when i question them they say that they have 1.3. so i installed the manuel pach and re cracked it i tried it again and still the same error. ive installed the pach so many times but it still wont work some one please help.

where are you downloading the patch from? (when u manually did it)

also, did you download aom? or did you buy it at the store?

okay. there are 2 ways to ensure a correct patching of the game.

uninstall aom. del the folder from programs. del all cookies and temp files.
reboot the pc.

do the cleaner and registry clean ups.

your first option is to use the store-bought version to install aom again. Start the game up in single player mode, and in the menu click 'more' then 'update'. This will automatically patch the game.
