i possible report a smurf

?
i played with this "player" http://www.voobly.com/profile/view/222947
and when he win and enemy say GG he resign...with me and many other game (easy to see in game chat...) or is "legal"?

and this is a free and democratic , if voobly ban each smurf

They resigning for hiding of reality that they are smurf

and their skill level is mutch bigger than others. Whitch is definetly bad. Funny thing is that when u have smurf

and dont resigning on the end of games u gonna get punished cause all can see your good win-loss ratio. And the punishment is that admins will take 200 points from any of your acc. So in the end result is same

ANd one more thing i dont get that admins are so focused about punishing of players for smurfing in NPL. Cause main reason why a lot of average MS player doing that is that in MS lobby is a lot smurfs rated like 15+ or 16+ used by 18+ and more players. So a lot of guys just lose confidence cause they lose easely to 15+ and go back to NPL. So for me its more crucial to punish this cause its origin of all.

So I don´t know why people bannalyze so much the smurf

players.
