The blacksmith advantage that they once had is now removed, Camping was removed to a certain level.
Could add a bonus AP on units from center if needed.
Removing docks is just going to change evenly matched games into long drawn out bombard tower push games.
Removing walls promotes camping in most maps and Teutonic Blood is one of them. If you have no walls you can't be as aggressive because your enemy can just walk right past you and attack your tower.
If you really want to do something about camping then just add a treb spawn to the middle like CBA, works perfectly.

With docks removed it will create giant wall spams.
But you have made a valid point in terms of long games so docks should be added back.
And u make yourself look like a fool enough anyway.
[*] Auto blacksmith upgrades at start. (NO. Because knowing to hotkey the blacksmith at start really is an advantage, and the bs is part of the map)

And also, you could fix the bug: If someone resigns without deleting tower, he keeps spawning units and feeds
