will one be able to play rated games and such with others users that are not using it?

Also, I just made this question on the "enhanced terrains" page:

"How do I use this mod outside of voobly? to play by direct ip, other game clients and watch recs without launching from voobly and such"
I assume there is some way to merge the files into my normal aoc files just like the ****wood mod (which works everywhere and dont break anything), I dont know how or what to look up though.

^ I don't think you can unless you were to edit the files yourself but I only know how to change player colors.
