Basically I have a few requests which can make this kind of thing easier.

1. Sean and Drew have each made a roster representing the Americas and Rest of World. I'm hoping we can make a temporary forum here at VCOM that only gives access to these two rosters;

- Also, VCOM staff to keep tabs.

2. I'd like to stream the games, on the Official Voobly Stream. I'm happy to stream the games I play in. If you agree with this, we can make a roster of people willing to stream and a schedule.

3. Custom badge for the participants. I don't want people to have a 1st and 2nd type of badge, more so I'd like a badge to commemorate the occasion. I want to keep the gaming fun, professional and clean. I'll leave this up to your own design choice if you're willing to allow it.

4. Prizes - I don't really think there's a need for prizes. If it's successful, I'd like to see the event be revisited each season. Maybe then you can include prizes of some kind.

5. Map lists and formats - It's going to be primarily bloods. I'm thinking of using the current Voobly rated Bloods Ladder maps and exclude a few maps like AB/Deathrow/Path/Chaos/Dome - at least for the 4v4 games.

As for format - the minimum will be one set of 4v4s. Hopefully we can manage two sets involving an A team and B team.

Ideally I'd like to setup each map as follows:

Khans Bloods
R1 - World A vs Americas A + World B vs Americas B
R2 - World A vs Americas B + World B vs Americas A

This way we encourage more balance among each team and good games from both sets. We'd probably have to stick to 7 maps maximum, unless we can manage the event over 2 days, with a time schedule.

don't think it's doable, afaik team rosters forum privacy depends on team memberships & team levels.

anyway they can use their own forums for private discussions, so the vcom schedule forum/discusiions can be public?

That makes sense. The more I can avoid public from interfering, the better. The more I can encourage both rosters to discuss the event together, the better. I think I'm asking for too much ^.^

Ok. My only requests!

1. The roster that wins gets Team Gold Membership (for ROTW or NSA teams) - not for the actual clans people are a part of outside of the rosters. I don't think servers need to be awarded to save cost.

2. A badge for all who participate;

"Americas
vs
Rest of World"

Something of this nature. No 1st or second places.

3. Winning team has a badge on team wall with "season 1 Winner".

I won't force teams to stream, but I'll happily stream myself and hopefully a player from NSA side can stream alternate games for us.

If these clans are not really used and are just for this event, I don't see the point in awarding a Gold Team membership. What would they gain form it themselves?

Custom ranks, custom emoticons for those names and if were given a lounge, somewhere official for internals in case of future seasons of this kind of event.

Up to you, team premium sucks anyway. Players were asking for it.
