Recent discussions about the 1v1 DM ladder have suggested that the best possible way to get the ladders active again is through archiving the old ladder, and giving us an all fresh one. This way, inactive accounts disappear from the higher pages, smurfs disappear, lower rated, skilled people get an incentive to play against the currently out-of-reach top players.

New ladder, new competition.

Or is that so?

Decay would be another option also, but not as good a solution in my personal opinion.

Once enough people voted, the winning solutions will be implemented.

Trolls and multiple voters, ye be warned. You will be found if you are trying to sabotage this vote.

Sorry mistakenly I voted yes.
I vote for no. And strongly disagree with decay.

Mate if any top player is inactive, this doesn't mean throw him down. He got that top rating with his skills and during this time when he is inactive no one can reach his skill level.

lol...@ that guy who doesn't even play ladder. Pretty much everyone still active/relevant in DM wants a new ladder.

Exactly. The votes suggest that also.

A new ladder would be great in unifying the gap between the new low rated and the old high rated players.

Yes for me.
