OK, so I want to slow down on the number of gmt based tournies, since theres too many a month. Also we need to cool on blood events for one month since we have 4 in a row this month.

Spartans/Platino - You guys need to decide what time zone or day to hold RCB.

All Asian VCOM Members - Plan for CBA Hero in a time that suits asians and make sure to spread the news, get benzy to help with that since he has good connections.
