    Ratings


    Games will be rated if it's only a 3v3 or a 4v4 Game.

    After the period of 14 days , the top 5 players will be recognized as winners.

    Game Settings

    • Map: =Europe Random 8P Map
    • Speed: Fast
    • Starting Age: Standard
    • Resources: Standard
    • Lock Speed/Teams
    • Victory: Standard
    • Reveal Map: Normal
    • Record Game: YES
    • Cheats DISABLED!
    • All Tech DISABLED!

    Dropping Rules

    • If a player disconnects, the game will be saved and will be played when that player comes back again.
    • If the game cannot be resumed we will try to view the recorded game. If one team was going to win without any doubt they will be awarded the win. If there was no obvious winner then the game will be replayed with the same civilizations and spots.



      VCOM Host Rulings


      Any and all rules may be changed by the tournament organisers on or before the night. All rulings by the official VCOM tournament organisers are final.

      Prizes


      Badges for the top 5 and silver for the top 3 will be awarded if the participation is more than 40.

From what we got in the forums there is no chance to get a ladder for this map so let's go straight to a tour/league. We can either do it the CS way which means one day event or RM style which is probably gonna last more than one week according to attendance.

According to what you said slash more than 8 teams will sign up so this is what i was thinking of:
    Rounds will be set up as a football league and when all matches end we can have play-offs for top 4.
    Every match will consist of one game since its a league.
    Top 4 of the league will advance to play-offs and the format will be Bo3.
    3v3 tour in order to get as many teams as possible.
    Strict deadline for all teams to schedule their games. Deadline depends on participation ofc.

Lots of us can moderate this event so im not really worried about people not making the effort to schedule their games. We will push forums to get it right.


I contact Genette and he seemed to like this format which i know you guys (CS) will definetely not embrace. Proper promotion and broadcast messages will boost this tour along with players from rm such as emin and hopefully gentle.

Imo you could get a league/ladder going with Europe since there are plenty of players who like Europe plus you might get a few more from the RM Lobby with badges/memberships and if its advertised properly.
But on the other side I prefer Blakes idea since a tournament with many participants is better than a league/ladder where there is probably just one room in the CS Lobby.

I also favor the set up Blake mentioned as long as I understood it correctly (Im not a football fan despite being German :P )

If it clashes with vicious/eot clan games then nobody will show lol.
