Somebody goes Japanese and masses trebs and trash, then is good enough to actually micro the trebs, how to beat? Usually some sort of post-imp rush and usually in ffa so "rush him" is not so easy.

It's pretty difficult to beat it if it's played well, especially if they have scorpions behind and camp hard. Try trebbing back and use any siege you have to slow him down, such as onagers or siege cannons. This will require a bit of micro on your part, too. If you really have no defense then he can make ground fast... in which case you might already be at a disadvantage. If you attack elsewhere whilst the bulk of his army is in one place, your opponent might split up his units giving you a chance to turn it back around. If you're really bottle necked, sometimes out booming with eco and trash wasting until you overpower might be your only choice, but it's not necessarily the best choice.
