Ok to avoid this mess where I have players constantly asking me for prizes after a tournament I want to put down exactly what the tournament host needs to send me before and after a tournament.
BEFORE:
Please tell me what tournament you are hosting and I will make the badge beforehand, we might not need all of them but it prevents me from having to wait until I get to my home computer to make the badges. Even better, if you have photoshop I will post the .psd of the badge file up here and you can make it yourself.
AFTER:
Please list out all the players that placed 1,2,3 in the pm you send me as well as what they won. Since you should already have the badge prior to the tournament you can place that in the message as well.
If you don't do this then you better be prepared to wait for a couple weeks to get the prizes sorted.
